Already a knitter but always had a hankering to master the art of crochet? Or just always had a hankering to master the art of crochet?
Making ever-popular granny squares, Rachael will teach you basic crochet stitches including the foundation chain stitch, double crochet and treble stitches, and you will learn to read written patterns and follow charts. As is the case with knitting, once you are able to navigate your way around a pattern, you will be able to move ahead at your own pace.
The workshop runs for two hours. Bring along a light coloured 8 ply yarn and 4mm to 4.5mm crochet hook, or these can be purchased on the day.
